Business band radio is in FCC licensed radio service set aside for the use of radios in business and industry settings.

To obtain a business license you must fill out the necessary forms from the FCC. A frequency coordinator will also be needed to coordinate frequencies between other businesses in your area so there isn't any interference between systems.

Depending on your needs multiple licenses or tower sites may be necessary. Other permitting and Licensing Maybe applicable for the construction of radio towers and more.
